1. Services

Austin Cleaning Services 24 provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Austin, Texas metro area. Service details, pricing, and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Booking and cancellation

Bookings may be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the website contact form. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

3. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. Refunds are at our sole discretion.

4. Access to property

By booking a service you authorize our team to access the property at the agreed time. You are responsible for securing or removing valuable items, fragile objects, or items you do not wish our team to handle.

5. Liability

We carry general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
